Hi, I’m Tym.

I am a music-loving, passionate person with more than 20 years of experience inspiring teams, empowering others, and engaging customers in the SaaS space.

I consider myself a leader and a follower, a teacher and a student, and a consultant and a consultee. When asked for a few words to describe myself, I might use:

My mission is to encourage and advocate for those who wish to create change, feel good and shine in our world, and my experiences have afforded me the luxury of connecting my passions for motivating, coaching and inspiring, to my drive for leading in both the technology and musical fields.

With a proven track record of success in training, sales, and advising, I advocate for others by empowering and evangelizing their personal or business brand. And when training or facilitating, I use stories and analogies to captivate and excite my audience.  

I hold a Bachelor’s degree with the distinction of Cum Laude in Psychology from Upper Iowa University, I just finished reading “My Lovely Wife” by Samantha Downing, am currently reading “To Kill a Mockingbird” by Harper Lee (part of my work bookclub), and my favorite color is orange – what’s your favorite?
